7 and under; 8/9; 10/11; 12/13; 14/15; 16/17; 18-29 (open); then 5 year age groups. Separate men's and women's
divisions in all age groups. |

Participation ribbons are available for those who would like one. |

5 foot and 8 foot starting heights, men and women combined, with 30 minute warm up
in-between. Helmets strongly suggested. Please arrive early to help with set-up and plan to stay for
