Special awards for the top 3 over-all 5k finishers, plus the following age groups (no duplicates):
10-14

20-24, and 5 year age groups beyond
In addition, prizes will be given for the top combined times in each of these team categories:

Course:
The 5k is a flat and fast paved route which follows along Onondaga Lake. The Course is USATF
certified (#NY83004TC), and water is provided at the turnaround. Visit the 'Course' button on the left for a map and
photos. No traffic is permitted during the race.
Race Packets:
Packets can be picked up at Fleet Feet on Erie Blvd on Thursday, August 14, between 5:00-6:30 PM,
or at the race site before the race. A special treat, to be donated by Fleet Feet, will be given to
those who pick up their packets at the store.
Results:
Posted on this website and submitted to USATF's Road Running Information Center for the recognition of nationally
ranked performances. To all athletes that provide an email address on the application, your time will be emailed to you.
T-shirts:
Pre-registration includes a T-shirt for the first 225 entrants. Shirt sizes guaranteed for all entries received
by August 1, 2008.
