B-Tag will be used–PLEASE DO NOT PEEL ANYTHING OFF THE BIB NUMBER! To get an accurate time, do the following:

• Pin the bib number on the front of your torso
• Do not fold, wrinkle or alter
• Keep it uncovered (belts, jackets, water bottles, etc.)

Awards:

• Top 3 finishers overall
• Top three teams in each family category:
  • Mother-Daughter,
  • Sister-Sister,
  • Grandmother-Granddaughter,
  • Aunt-Niece
• Age-group awards to the top three finishers in these age groups:
  • 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39,
  • 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69,
  • 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+

Overall and age group awards will not be duplicated. There will be drawings for door prizes at the awards ceremony. You must be present to win!

Double Your Fun Challenge:

If you double your finish time and it is less than your age on race day, you win a special prize.

Course:

The 5k is a flat and fast paved route which follows along Onondaga Lake. The course is USATF certified (#NY83004TC), and water is provided at the turnaround. Traffic is not permitted on the course during the race.

Race Packets:

Packets can be picked up at Fleet Feet’s Clay store on Route 31, on Thursday, August 15, 2019, between 5:00-7:00 PM, or at the race site on the morning of the race.  Fleet Feet is located near Staples, across from Great Northern Mall.

Shirts:

Pre-registration includes an attractive souvenir shirt for the first 225 entrants. Shirt sizes guaranteed for all entries received by July 31.
